We are going on an evolutionary journey in this message I want to talk about the nature of this journey as well as give some helpful tips for us all individually as well as talk about what the journey is likely to involve for us collectively as humanity. So what is this evolutionary journey? It is a shift in consciousness from3 rd Dimensional way of existing to a 5th Dimensional way of existing. Essentially we are about to grow at an even more rapid rate technologically, but we need to bring our spiritual growth on par so that the technology is used for the betterment of humanity rather than for negative reasons. if 95% of people are unprepared for the journey and what is to come, it doesn’t bode well for our future trajectory of our planet. If 70% is however prepared physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, then those 70% they can serve by balancing the negative energy with a more positive one, as well as bringing a sense of calm and understanding to the situation for the remaining people. To evolve to a higher state of coconsciousness all the issues that have been hidden to us or we have been sweeping under the carpet need to be exposed so we can heal and from this you can see that there is still more to be exposed so that we can heal. I want to give some individual tips.
Personal Tip no 1 Go within by connecting to source/ higher self through meditation for guidance to help start and navigate the journey. It is about taking personal responsibility for going within.
Personal Tip 2 Build good communication with God/ Source energy. We all need to take responsibility for your own relationship with God source, not give power to anyone else. Not rely on third parties to communicate with God, we all have direct access to God. Everyone wants to be Gods bouncer. Everyone wants to be the middle man between you and God. For those who don’t believe in God you say to God I don’t believe in you I don’t love you how is it you can expect to go on a journey to get closer to the source to God. If on the other hand, you say to God, God I am struggling with our connection because I have never felt like you have done anything for me I am willing to give our relationship a go. I don’t mean this as a test for you but is there anything that you can give me, show me to open my heart to you then please allow it to come to me I am open to receiving, I will do my honest best I might not remember to ask every day but I will do my best. Even if I show doubt please stick with me, please be patient with me. Thank you, God.
Personal Tip 3 Find a way to become self-reliant and independent so that you don’t become codependent on the system that seeks to controls. ask yourself this question is there anything that I would do differently to last time if we were to have another pandemic with a longer lockdown. It is just a case of being prepared.
Personal Tip 4 Learn to protect yourself and build up a resilience to negative energy. We have to go through a very difficult stage so build up tolerance by dipping in and out and developing the ability to be able to absorb and deflect transmute negative energy with ease is going to be important.
Personal Tip 5 Concentrate on your own self-healing, just point others in the right direction when they ask you for assistance. We all have responsibility for our own journey. Not your job to save anyone, merely give them the tools if you have them at your disposal.
Personal Tip 6 Research don’t accept other peoples’ version of events early religious movement, the violence associated with early movements the cross, crucifix, 666 sign of the beast. racism, wars, the environment, spirituality, Vaccines. There will be information and misinformation. There is a higher purpose to it all. It is an attempt to make people go within in search of answers to start developing their own intuition, rather than accepting the narrative, especially from the media.
Personal Tip 7 Participate, can you bring anything to the table in this co-creation journey, be a contributor in a very positive way. Take action towards what you believe and the reality you want for yourself and the external world. We have all the ability to contributed to the state of affairs in our world.
Personal Tip 8 Keep moving forward no matter how small the steps are, just keep believing and trusting.

Potential stages
Their timing, duration, order and occurrence is subject to whatever is going on because there are so many variations of different timelines. Events could play out over the next 20 years 30/40 years 100 years 1000 years 2000 years. No one really knows. What happened before is no indication of what is to happen as the past present and future have already occurred. And will
continue to occur.

1st stage The great mass awakening & revelations, the collapse of control systems, which try to impose even tighter controls as they panic because of fear of losing their grip.
2nd stage Creating some sort of vision. Now, this vision won’t be perfect but at least it is something to work with. Nor can we start the journey until we have some sense of direction, as to where we want to head to. Also, a realisation that only we can bring about those changes, not governments or religious leaders. The change should be a Bottom-up approach
3rd Stage Starting the Journey going through the 4th-dimensional chaos. The dark night of the soul the temptation, visitations, feeling helpless, surrender.

If enough people have done inner shadow work, we will be fine.
If enough people have developed intuition read energy, we will be fine.
If enough people don’t believe all they hear without challenging the narrative we will be fine.
If democracy is open with no hidden truths, we will be fine.
If communication channels are kept open to allow freedom of information and speech, we will be fine.
And likely to avoid another area 51 all over again, as other entities try to create a new type of control over humanity on the pretext of trying to help with ascension but in reality, are trying to prevent humanity reaching the 5th-dimensional destination.

Stage 4 The rebirth You can’t have a rebirth without the failing of old systems so that the phoenix can rise from the ashes. Now despite all I have said here is the thing every reality starts with a thought, and through words and action are manifested into existence. We have the power to change that negative reality that has been foretold. This journey doesn’t have to be that painful if we can show and demonstrate to God that karmic lessons have been learnt. But it is not enough to just sit-down close eyes and meditates all day, nothing will change without action to make it happen. We can begin by counteracting whatever has been foretold. Using our own affirmations and then take action to bring a positive timeline into our existence. We are powerful co-creators, and so it is with this that I am going to put out there into the universe the following positive timeline affirmations

• I together with many others embrace unity consciousness, peace and tolerance at it serves and is more in alignment with our higher good
• I together with many others reject racism and any form of inequality and discrimination, as these have no place in a world we envisage for ourselves.
• I together with many others instead embrace, fairness, equality, love and appreciation for ourselves as well as others all creatures great and small.
• I together with many others reject agreed and a power-hungry mindset, because this mindset encourages reckless mistreatment of others for personal gain.
• I together with many others instead embrace, kindness and generosity towards others as these are more in alignment with our higher good.
• I together with many others reject control in any way shape or form as this is a low vibrational emotion and does not represent us.
• I together with many others instead embrace the freedom of choice, freedom of speech freedom of expression freedom to be because freedom is a birthright.
• I together with many others reject war and conflict or any other actions which encourage, promote and support war and conflict as these do not serve us.
• I together with many others instead embrace peace for a world we choose to exist in.
• I together with many others reject the anti-Christ as we have no desire to have such an entity, no other negative entities as part of our world especially when they try to make their appearance as we transition through the thick layer of the 4th Dimension.
• I together with many others instead embrace the love of God the highest and purest Divine source and only desire for this to be our guiding light through our journey.
• I together with many others reject actions that detrimental to our planet earth.
• I together with many others embrace actions that preserve the earth and appreciate the planet for its beauty and life-sustaining nature.
• I together with many others reject leadership that doesn’t serve us, doesn’t respect our needs and requirements. Hides the truth from those that they are appointed to serve.
• I together with many other embrace democracy that is open and fair as this is in alignment with our higher state.
• I together with many others reject a negative timeline. But instead, embrace a positive timeline for the ascension of our planet into the 5th dimension.
